12 Arizona resorts make Conde Nast list
Readers of Conde Nast Traveler voted on the top 100 spa resorts on the U.S. mainland, and 12 came from Arizona.
Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain in Paradise Valley weighed in at number 28. Spa Director Robert Vance said in a news release the spa’s breadth of services and team members set them apart.
“I am very proud of the Spa team, and this nod by the readers of Conde Nast Traveler is a testament to their fine work,” Vance said.

Readers of Condé Nast Traveler have once again voted Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain among the country’s best. The Sanctuary Spa was named one of the “Top 100 Resort Spas in the U.S.” by the magazine’s June 2011 Readers’ Poll. It also received the highest rating of any Phoenix/Scottsdale retreat.
In celebration, Sanctuary Spa invites Arizona residents to explore the bounties of their own backyard with its exclusive “Be a Member for the Day” weekday package, available Mondays through Thursdays, June 1- Aug. 31, 2011.
