Barrett has been featured previously on CBS Televisions 60 Minutes, NBC Dateline, CNN, The History Channel, Discovery Channels Future Weapons and others. The Barrett rifle has been shown in scores of movies, television programs, video games, magazine articles and even novels.
Two new Barrett rifles, not yet released to the public, are included in the documentary: M107A1, which is a modification of Ronnie Barretts original 82A1 and the MRAD, a rifle designed by Chris Barrett. The 82A1 was adopted by the United States Army in 2002 and the MRAD is being considered by the Army for adoption at the present time.
National Geographic Television executives said that SNIPERS, INC. will also be broadcast additional times during this summer. In Murfreesboro, National Geographic Television is broadcast on Comcast Channel 109.

National Geographic Television announced this week that Ronnie, Chris and Angela Barrett and the company that bears their name in Murfreesboro will be showcased in a one-hour documentary to be shown at 8 p.m. Monday Central Time, the company announced in a news release today.
