WhichCM introduce new bingo CM Mystery Shopper feature

Our sister site WhichCM is a brilliant site that allows the efforts of all the hardworking online bingo CMs out there to be recognised by the people they serve so tirelessly - the bingo player.

Players can visit the site once each month to vote for their favourite CM or to vote for a CM they feel has done a particularly good job.The leaderboard is updated each week, so there are plenty of reasons to keep going back to see how a particular favourite is doing.

However, always keen to improve the online bingo experience for readers, there is now another reason to visit WhichCM each week. This week WhichCM has introduced a brand new feature at the site which goes one step further than allowing the players to vote. Members of the team from WhichCM and WhichBingo UK will be conducting random Mystery Shopper visits to various online bingo sites and publishing their findings on WhichCM each week.

Now, as a general rule online bingo chat hosts do a brilliant job, but as of now they will have to raise the bar even further as these Mystery Shopping visits will report the findings warts and all. If a host does a great job this will show in the ratings given, but if they do not meet the high standards that have come to be expected then this will be highlighted too.

Team members will enter a room unannounced and will have a certain set of criteria to monitor during a half hour visit. The chat host will have no idea that they are being monitored, so the results will tell it just like it is.

The team will be looking at areas such as how players are welcomed, how are questions handled, are they knowledgeable about the bingo site and its offers and how they affect the tone of the room and how chatty it actually is - no prizes for just allowing players to say 1tg and WDW here.

Gold Certification is the higher of the 2 certifications. It costs $99. You are sent a DVD series to watch and then you take an exam. It used to be that you had to go to a live class to get your Gold Certification but they now send the training materials to you.
